About Lackawanna County Housing Authority

Our Pulbic Housing developments are spread out throughout the County of Lackawanna. They reach from the most southern point of the County line, Taylor and Moosic, to our most northern development, Fell Township.

Some of our developments are designated as senior only sites. We also have what can be considered as "senior portions" of some of our other sites. There are clusters of units that are meant for use by one or two persons at the most.

All of our properties are within the local boroughs or townships, therefore, they are all patrolled by the local police and serviced by the local fire departments.

Our screening process is very vigorous and we are ever vigilant of any crime or disturbances that occur within our sites. Our residents sign a lease that is very specific and any violation in the lease is dealt with according to our policies.

We have a total of 19 developments.
